XPE-IXPE Foam Sheet Production Line
Cross-linked XPE-IXPE Foam Sheet Production Line is to produce a very fine closed-cell structured cross-linked Polyethylene foam sheet, in continuous roll, with smooth, aesthetic surface on both sides from Polyethylene a cross-linking and blowing agents, and some other purpose additives.
Compared to non-cross-linked Polyethylene foam, Chemically Cross-linked-PE foam offers longer life of the product, better thermal stability and insulating properties, which makes chemically cross-linked PE foam serve variety of industries.

INTERNAL EXTRUSION
This internal mixing line is partial of the XLPE and lXPE foam production equipment line and in this section, different raw materials are heated and compressed through the kneader to create one integrated material and are part of a production process that is absolutely necessary. The mixture is moved asit is to the conveyor unit and transferred to the pelletizing extrusion.
